President El-Sisi Speaks with King of the Kingdom Bahrain HM Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held a phone call with the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Spokesman for the Presidency Ambassador Mohamed El‑Shennawy stated that during the call, President El-Sisi emphasized Egypt’s categorical rejection of the Iranian aggression against Bahrain.
The President affirmed Egypt’s full solidarity with the Kingdom and with all Gulf states in confronting the current challenges.

The President also stressed Egypt’s readiness to provide all forms of necessary support to safeguard the security and stability of the region.

President El-Sisi further noted that Egypt continues intensive communications and efforts at both the international and regional levels to stop the war as soon as possible.
The President praised Bahrain’s role in supporting de-escalation efforts and maintaining regional stability.

HM King Hamad bin Isa expressed his deep appreciation to President El-Sisi for his firm stance in supporting Bahrain and the Gulf states, affirming the Kingdom’s keenness on continuous coordination with Egypt and Arab countries to avoid further escalation and to work toward ending the war swiftly.

President El-Sisi asserted that the security of the Gulf is an integral pillar of Egypt’s national security, and that Egypt believes the Arab destiny is one and shared.

The President called for strengthening cooperation and joint action to confront the current challenges and for activating the concept of collective Arab national security to ensure the protection of Arab states from any external attacks.
