President El-Sisi Heads to Denmark at the Start of a European Tour

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi heads to Copenhagen, the capital of the Kingdom of Denmark, at the start of a European tour that will also include the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Ireland. The tour is aimed at enhancing cooperation and coordination between Egypt and the European countries.

Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, stated that during his state visit to Denmark, the President will meet with His Majesty the King of Denmark, the Prime Minister, and the Speaker of the Danish Parliament.

President El-Sisi will also participate in several economic functions and meetings, which will culminate in the signing of a strategic partnership declaration between the two countries, along with several Memoranda of Understanding in various areas of cooperation.

The President will then travel to Oslo, the capital of the Kingdom of Norway, for an official visit, where he will hold meetings with His Majesty the King of Norway, the Prime Minister, and members of the Norwegian Parliament. The President will also meet with the heads of several Norwegian companies operating in Egypt and witness the signing of several cooperation agreements between the two countries.

President El-Sidi will conclude his European tour with a visit to Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland. He is scheduled to meet with the President and the Prime Minister of Ireland to discuss opportunities available to strengthen bilateral cooperation and coordinate positions on international crises and issues of mutual interest.
