I extend my deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the brotherly State of Qatar—its Amir, government, and people—on the passing of His Highness the Father Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, may Allah the Almighty have mercy upon him. We pray that Allah the Almighty envelop him in His boundless mercy and grant Qatar and its people continued security and stability. Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
