EGYPTAIR Chairman Discusses Joint Cooperation With Aviation Industry Partners
Pilot Amr Abu Eleneen, Chairman & CEO of EGYPTAIR Holding Company, stated that EGYPTAIR took part in the Dubai Airshow 2021 in its 17th session, which started on November 14 for 5 days through a unique stand to display all the company’s activities, not virtually like past events during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dubai Airshow is considered a forum for a large number of exhibitors, as it includes more than 1,200 exhibitors along with more than 350 new exhibitors and startups. The activities of EGYPTAIR’s participation in the exhibition were a good opportunity to meet industry partners such as AIRBUS, BOEING, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whiteny, General Electric, CFM, Honeywell, and SAFRAN.
It also provided meetings with aircraft leasing companies such as AerCap and Gekas to discuss joint cooperation in implementing the current and future plans of the national carrier, EGYPTAIR.
Abu Eleneen added that EGYPTAIR subsidiaries EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING, EGYPTAIR GROUND SERVICES, as well as ERGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY were present at the stand, and a number of new contracts and agreements are signed during the exhibition days with partners of the air transport industry.
